This is one of the areas that we dive in to in LEAD - how to get through the muddle of thoughts, and make decisions from a new place of self-leadership.
And right now you might have a whole bunch of thoughts circulating, whilst also feeling a nudge, that this is right for you. Allow those thoughts to sit, but trust the feeling.
I can't wait to welcome you in to LEAD, and guide you through your leadership change.
See you soon,
Amy x
LEAD is designed to fit into your life while giving you the tools to grow as a leader. Over the course of nine weeks, you’ll be part of an intimate group of wāhine, connecting weekly for live sessions and sharing your progress in a supportive, private space.
Each week, we’ll come together online for a 1.5-hour live group call, where we’ll explore the MAEA Leadership™ Framework. These sessions are not just about learning—they’re about reflecting, sharing, and building connections with other wāhine on the same journey. You’ll also have access to audio recordings and resources to continue your reflections after the calls. Throughout the week, you’ll have the private chat channel to unpack lessons, share insights, or just check in with the group when you need support.
We’ll meet on Zoom every Thursday at 11.00am for nine weeks, starting 13 February. The real commitment is to yourself—taking the time to reflect and, more importantly, act on what you’ve learned. While the live calls are 1.5 hours, the biggest gains will come from how much energy and intention you bring into applying those insights in your daily life.
The private chat channel will be a space where you can dive deeper into your learnings, share experiences, set your intentions, and hold each other accountable. The reciprocal learning from the group is invaluable, as you share your journey and learn from the experiences of others.
You’re ready to lead, and LEAD is here to help you get there.
This programme isn’t about theories or one-size-fits-all models. It’s a journey to connect with your own mana, strengthen your leadership, and create a future that reflects your values.
Guided by the MAEA Leadership™ Framework, LEAD is built to support you to grow as a leader through self-awareness, relational leadership, and visionary thinking.
Over the 9 weeks we'll focus on:
Rediscovering Your Mana: Your mana comes from your whakapapa, tied to the legacy of your tūpuna. LEAD supports you in owning that mana and anchoring your leadership in identity and purpose.
Deepening Self-Awareness: Leadership begins with knowing yourself. You’ll gain tools to navigate your emotions, relationships, and challenges with clarity and confidence.
Leading with Aroha and Integrity: True leadership is about clear communication and leading with compassion. You’ll learn to listen deeply and build relationships that uplift the mana of those around you.
Shaping a Vision for the Future: Leadership isn’t just about today—it’s about paving the way for the next generation. LEAD will help you create a vision grounded in values and focused on the long-term wellbeing of your whānau and community.
LEAD is designed to help you define your unique leadership journey and the impact you're ready to make. By the end of this programme, you'll be ready to take action, make decisions that align with your values, and lead with confidence and intention.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of leadership, with everything grounded in the MAEA Leadership Framework. Here’s a look at what you’ll be diving into over the 9 weeks:
In the first few weeks, we’ll start by focusing on you—your identity, and your mana wahine. You’ll get clear on who you are as a leader and what leadership means for you. From there, we’ll move into understanding how you show up in the world, deepening your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, so you can navigate relationships and challenges with confidence.
As we progress, we’ll explore how we lead others with aroha and integrity. You’ll learn to communicate in ways that uplift, while building relationships that are grounded in shared values. We’ll also spend time looking at visionary leadership—what your long-term goals are and how to develop a leadership style that’s not just for now but for future generations.
In the final weeks, we’ll bring it all together. You’ll walk away with a clear vision for your leadership, and more importantly, a plan to make it happen. By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to lead with purpose, grounded in your identity, and prepared to make a meaningful impact.
